We started MarketShift because we were tired of financial education that felt like it was designed to confuse rather than clarify. Every beginner’s guide assumed you already knew what a P/E ratio was. Every “simple” explanation was buried under jargon. And every resource seemed designed to sell you something expensive.

So we built what we wished existed: a genuinely free, genuinely beginner-friendly place to learn about investing.

Our Mission

To help complete beginners go from “I have no idea what a stock is” to “I just made my first investment” without feeling stupid along the way.

We believe that understanding how money works shouldn’t require a finance degree. It shouldn’t cost £500 for a course. And it definitely shouldn’t make you feel like you’re reading a foreign language.
